It is inside an old grocer in full historical heart of Sérignan - street Gambetta - which settled in June 2006 the Red Flamingo, a restaurant, bar with wine and cellar proposing of the vintages of Languedoc and Roussillon and some good bottles of other areas selected by Sylvain Vigneron.

Within a framework intimist and unexpected, he proposes a kitchen inventive and refined made products of season rigorously selected by the chief Christian Crouzat, of the concerts, the plays tastings, the exposures and lately of the ballade-discoveries in the vineyards Biterrois and Sérignanais, where héraultais and tourists of passage do not fail to go.

Impassioned by the wine and his history, Sylvain also engaged under the divine concept Coffees which aims at making discover, with glass, his selection quarterly of three vintages (red, white, rosy) resulting from the Béziers-Mediterranean Agglomeration. He thus tries to determine in three tastings the gustatory landscape of his interlocutor.

Extremely of his success, Sylvain thinks of réageancer his restaurant by integrating there a private little place where talks, plays of tasting and seminars will make the place all the more festive and pleasant.
